These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website operated by nw pk ("Platform", "we", "us") and all services provided through it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the Platform and the registered user ("Member", "you").

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Password and Security

3.1 Age Requirement

All services on nw pk are for individuals aged 21 years or older only. If anyone registers under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Identity documents may be requested at any time to verify age.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for deposits on nw pk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500. Deposited funds must be sent only from your own mobile wallet or bank account — deposits via third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if KYC verification is incomplete or a security check is needed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on nw pk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted directly. nw pk is not responsible for any conversion charges applied by a bank or mobile banking service.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and to meet the wagering requirement, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering rate and time limit, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for use in games only.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are available only to members who deposit real money.

5.3 Other Promotions

5.4 VIP Cashback

The nw pk VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is given based on net losses (total losses minus total winnings) each week. The cashback rate varies by VIP tier, from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback funds are also subject to specified wagering requirements.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on nw pk are operated by third-party game providers. Game rules, RTP (Return to Player) and procedures are determined in accordance with the guidelines of the respective game provider. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator.
• Taking advantage of bugs or errors in any game to make abnormal profits is prohibited.
• Logging into the same account from multiple devices at the same time is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, the official result of the relevant match will be used to settle bets. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement or change of result, the method of refunding or settling bets will be determined by nw pk. In multi-bets or combination bets, losing even one selection may result in the entire bet being lost.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If the connection is lost, the outcome of the game in progress will be settled according to data stored on the server. Betting limits in live games are set separately for each table.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on this platform.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting to hack, alter code or gain unauthorised access to the game or betting system.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements by abusing bonus terms.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.

8.1 nw pk's Rights

nw pk may suspend an account temporarily or permanently at any time, for any reason — in particular on suspicion of a breach of these Terms — without prior notice. nw pk also reserves the right to hold the balance of the relevant account while an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 User Request to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time through customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance before the account is closed.
